Bulgarian Eagle leases first aircraft
Bulgarian Eagle has taken delivery of it's first Airbus A319 (MSN 3139 LZ-AOA), prior to receiving it's AOC (received August 2nd) and commencing charter operations from London Gatwick on behalf of parent company Germania (Germany).

Eurowings Europe adds A319s
Eurowings Europe (Austria) has recently added two Airbus A319s to it's fleet, joining six A320s currently operated. The Vienna based low cost carrier, a Lufthansa Group subsidiary, commenced operations a year ago on June 23rd 2016. The airline's branding is common with sister carrier Eurowings (Germany).

Ernest commences service
New Italian airline Ernest earlier this month commenced low cost (LCC) services between a variety of Italian cities and Tirana, Albania. The airline's sole Airbus A319 [MSN 1362 EI-FVG] is leased from Babcock & Brown (US), and will soon be joined by a leased A320.
