Norwegian takes delivery of first two 737 MAX 8s


Norwegian Air International (Ireland), a subsidiary of Norwegian Air Shuttle (Norway) has taken delivery of it's first two Boeing 737 MAX 8s (MSN 42830 EI-FYA and 42826 EI-FYB) on June 29th. The aircraft will soon fly transatlantic routes from the UK and Ireland to US east coast destinations, following familiarization flights within Europe. Boeing has now delivered six 737 MAX 8s (Malindo Air 3, Batik Air 1, Norwegian 2).
