Etihad retires the A340-500

Etihad Airways (UAE) has retired it's last Airbus A340-500, with A6-EHD (MSN 783) being ferried to Teruel (Spain) for storage, joining two sister ships also stored at Teruel. One of the four A340-500s operated by Etihad was sold to the Italian Government in February 2016. The airline continues to operate five A340-600s.
